Honey-Glazed Herb Roasted Ham

Ingredients:
4-5 lb uncured ham roast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place a roasting rack inside a large roasting pan.
Prepare the Ham: Pat the ham dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over it. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl, then massage this mixture into the ham evenly.
Roast the Ham: Place the ham on the roasting rack, fat side up. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan to keep the ham moist during cooking. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Roast for 1 hour.
Make the Glaze: While the ham roasts, combine honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and melted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
Glaze and Finish: After 1 hour, remove the foil and generously brush the ham with the glaze. Increase oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Roast uncovered for another 30-45 minutes, basting with glaze every 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
Rest and Serve: Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve.
